COHESION Transient Artisan Ales and then brewing an ImperialDouble Barrel Aged Stout made for the Dimensions of Time Barrel Project. We took the WAVES recipe and aged it in Buffalo Trace Mash 1 barrels for 12 months, then transferred them to Willet 8yr and 9yr barrels for an additional 11 months.
