The Man with the Sword Blond Then macerated with Isabella grapesThe Man with the Sword is a Montmorency Cherry Mead with Ugandan Vanilla aged in Bourbon Barrels. Tart Cherry balanced by Orange Blossom honey. This mead absorbed a massive amount of flavor from the wood, with a vanilla creaminess that brings the front end seamlessly into the long finish. The acid profile continuously showcases the cherry presence while providing a medium mouthfeel in a high viscosity liquid.
